They/Them

Learning to love and respect ourselves, and by extension, our emotions is a worthwhile pursuit. Evan is passionate about supporting individuals who struggle with self-esteem, body image, addiction, trauma, and members of the LGBTQ+ community or those in need of a safe space to explore their gender identity or sexual orientation. Evan received their master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University and will complete an additional master’s degree in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University in August 2022. Evan works under the clinical supervision of Dr. Stacy Hunt at Bucks Support Services. Evan’s therapeutic style is rooted in the belief that clients have a right to a safe space where they can share their stories as a way to gain new perspectives about themselves and the world around them. They follow a person-centered approach that allows them to work collaboratively with all clients. Evan aims to uplift clients by reminding them that they are the experts on themselves. Their practice is guided by the principles of systems theory and minority stress theory. Evan utilizes a framework based in narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Evan strives to create a safe and affirming environment that fosters healing and gives clients the space to cultivate and express their most authentic selves.
