He/Him

Gill (he/him) is a warm and collaborative therapist who works with individuals and couples to explore how past experiences shape our inner world — often in ways that keep us stuck in patterns we’re ready to move beyond. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and parts work (IFS-informed), Gill helps clients reconnect with the full spectrum of who they are, creating space for healing, clarity, and meaningful change. He understands how overwhelming life can feel at times, and believes that with compassion and curiosity, we can begin to relate differently to our thoughts, emotions, and stories — and move toward a life that feels more true to who we really are.

LGBTQ-affirming and deeply respectful of each person’s unique path, Gill welcomes people from all walks of life — whether you’re part of an alternative or nontraditional lifestyle, or someone grounded in more conventional values who is struggling to find peace and connection in a fast-moving world. He is especially passionate about supporting those navigating the deep and lasting impacts of trauma, as well as challenges like anxiety, depression, identity questions, or relationship struggles. Gill offers a steady, accepting presence and a belief that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about understanding and embracing the many parts of us that have gotten us this far — and helping them move forward with more freedom and ease.
